The Lagos International Theatre Festival (LITF), founded by Bolanle Austen-Peters in partnership with the Lagos State Government, will debut 15th–17th November 2024. The festival will unite global and local creatives to celebrate excellence in theatre through musicals, skits, and repertory performances across four Lagos venues: National Theatre, Terra Kulture, Muson Centre, and John Randle Centre.
Supported by sponsors such as First Bank of Nigeria (lead banking sponsor), Dorman Long Engineering, and Amstel Malta, LITF will also feature workshops, masterclasses, panel discussions, and a marketplace. Its advisory board of cultural leaders ensures world-class direction.
Beyond the stage, LITF 2024 is expected to boost Lagos’s creative economy through tourism, job creation, and global exposure, making it a landmark cultural event.
